However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. In the rare event that your vehicle isn't delivered within the quoted ETA, rest assured you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with our service. We value your trust and will do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one.

                  Purchase Satisfaction


If you choose to reject the vehicle, please initiate the refund process using our 'Contact' form on the website. Upon receipt of your refund request, INT Logistics Services will promptly begin processing the refund. Please note that the refund process typically takes between 24 and 72 hours to complete. Additionally, we will arrange for the return shipping within this timeframe. Our logistics team will coordinate with you to schedule a pickup by a INT Logistics Services truck within 72 hours.

NOTE: Please ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as at the time of delivery when it is picked up. It is essential that the vehicle matches the condition outlined in the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) report from delivery.
